A small group format for 5-6 individuals to move your body in a circuit facilitated by your enthusiastic leader Sheila Poirier. A non-judgmental, safe environment to dance, stretch, strengthen your physical body, and improve your brain functioning with positive vibes!

What to expect

  • Dress comfortable to workout and wear sneakers

  • Use hand weights and resistance bands

  • Move your body in one minute intervals

  • 3 rounds of stations

  • Fun music and possible twerking
